Canabury Condominiums are owner occupied (rentals are not allowed).
Canabury Condominiums are run by a self managed association.
No Pets are allowed with the exception of registered service animals.
All ages are welcome.
Canabury Condominiums was one of the first condominium communities built in the Twin Cities.
Association dues include: heat, water, sanitation, snow removal, lawn care, common area maintenance, hazard insurance, security system, and free laundry facilities.
Association dues DO NOT include: electric, phone, Internet, cable or H06 insurance coverage.
Smoking is NOT allowed in common areas spaces.

Heated underground parking with car wash facility

Pool area includes: sauna, whirlpool hot tub and men's and women's showers

Building Security
The Association uses a key and camera system to secure the building from uninvited guests.
Resale Packet and Moving Policy:
If you are preparing to sell your unit, a Resale Packet needs to be purchased from the Condominium Association. The Resale Packet includes general information and forms that need to be completed at closing and returned to the Association. This packet is only valid for 90 days.
The Association has a Moving Policy. This policy regulates member moves in and out of the building. A copy of this policy is available from the Condominium Office. Residents must notify the Condominium Office of the date and time of your move, and to pay the move In/Out fee. This information is also provided in the Resale Packet.
